Our service rates are designed to build customer confidence with firm, up front repair quotes, no guessing, no hourly rate, and no travel charge. For a diagnostic fee ($65) our technician will thoroughly check your complete system and give you a written evaluation of repairs if needed. This diagnostic fee is a great benefit to you because there will be no extra charge if it takes longer than anticipated to find the problem.

Once a problem has been identified, the written estimate of repair cost will be provided to the customer. You will know the total cost, including tax, labor and material, before you authorize the repair.
